Hi everyone, I'm new to Web 2.0 and keen to find out the implications for libraries generally. Not sure I have anything intelligent to add at this moment but I'm hoping to learn a lot from 'lurking' here and I'm looking forward to the iGeneration conference.

I'm based in Merseyside working in public libraries. We've just gone live with our new Sirsi LMS and I wonder if anyone is already using Sirsi and it's 'Rooms' facility and whether or not they find it useful.

it seems like a helpful intro to Web2.0 - have only completed a handful of the 23 things at the moment and I'm not sure I'll finish the lot. Nevertheless, an interesting tour looking at blogging, Flickr, Wikis and the rest.
